Model PA-3200HD (Modular High Density DA Frame)
PatchAmp's Distribution frame (PA-3200HD) is a major advancement in high-density distribution technology. The PA-3200HD is specifically designed for applications where space, power, and weight requirements are an issue as in mobile units and existing facilities with limited rack real estate. The PA-3200HD is designed for Analog Video, SD, HD, AES, and RF applications.
The high-density series offers a wide range of DA modules and converters. The PA-3200HD can accommodate a mix and match of up to 64 -1x4 DA's or 32 - 1x9 DA's in 4 rack units.
The PA-3200HD utilizes internal coaxial connections and its low insertion loss mid plane design ensures true 75Ohm from signal in to signal out. These kinds of attributes are needed for the proper transmission of High Definition and at the same time eliminate cross talk allowing for multiple formats in one frame.
